Maintenance

Before maintenance work, press the emergency stop button (E-STOP) or turn off the main power. Keeping the machine clean is the main point of maintenance work, because moisture, dust, oil and oil mist will accelerate the corrosion of electronic parts and cause operation interruption. In order to implement the maintenance plan effectively, even if regular maintenance and production scheduling are interleaved, the maintenance schedule must be scheduled and strictly implemented. The maintenance records of the control system should be kept properly. This record is helpful for estimating the service life of parts and drawing up maintenance spare parts plan.

1 Daily maintenance 1.1. Check the oil level of the water tank and lubrication system. 1.2. Check whether the power supply voltage is normal. 1.3. Whether the obstacles around the machine are removed. 1.4. Whether all screws (including the clamping fixture in clamping state) are locked. 1.5. Whether each safety device is positioned and functioning normally. 1.6. Check the supply of lubricating oil on each slideway surface. 1.7. Is the lighting equipment normal? 1.8. Whether there is any abnormal sound or condition of the whole machine. 1.9. Whether each pipeline is damaged. 1.10. Whether there are cracks between the sheet metal of the outer cover. 1.11. Confirm that the actual machining accuracy is within the tolerance range. 2. Inspection at the end of daily operation: 2.1. After daily operation, the machine should be thoroughly cleaned and carefully checked for abnormal conditions. Chips can be removed with a spray gun, but care should be taken when doing so. 2.2. Regularly remove the dust on the exhaust fan or filter net of the electric control box. 2.3. The main power supply should be turned off when the work is finished. The steps are as follows: (1) Turn off the computer system.

(1) First press the emergency stop button on the operation panel. (2) Press the POWER OFF switch again. (3) Finally, turn off the main power circuit breaker of the electric control box. 2.4. After the power is turned off, the temperature of electrical components such as solenoid valves is still high, please do not touch them. 2.5. When the amount of oil supplied to each part is insufficient, please supplement according to the instructions. If the oil deteriorates, replace it immediately. 2.6. Review and improve the operation after the daily operation to maintain the best condition of the machine. 2.7. Clean up the sewage in the sewage storage box under the base of the machine.

3 Maintenance and replacement of vulnerable and consumable parts: All kinds of guide wheels: Under normal circumstances, replace them every six months, depending on the usage conditions. Bearing: Under normal circumstances, replace it every six months, depending on the usage. Wire guide: Under normal circumstances, replace it every six months, depending on the usage. All kinds of filter elements: check every 10 days, and it is recommended to replace it once a month. Conductive block: Under normal circumstances, replace it every six months, depending on the usage. Synchronous wheel: Under normal circumstances, replace it every six months, depending on the usage. Timing belt: Normally, it should be replaced every 12 or 15 months, depending on the usage.
