Common problem
1 computer problem:
1.1 The user inserts the card into the computer, but the computer cannot recognize the control card.
Solution: first confirm whether the driver of the control card is installed.
If the driver has been installed, please pull out the control card after confirming that the power is off, wipe off the golden finger of the control card with an eraser or alcohol, and reinsert it into the PCI card slot. (only one card slot)
1.2. "Control card failure or PCI slot failure" appears when the software is opened and No. 1 card is selected.
Solution:
(1) Uninstall the Autocut software in the computer and install the latest version of the AutoCut software
(2) Power off the control card, unplug it and plug it in again.
1.3. The system time error occurs when the user opens the software.
Solution: Change the computer time to normal time and restart the computer; if it still doesn’t work, re-enter the registration password.
1.4. After the user draws the CAD drawing, when generating the processing trajectory, it prompts that a fatal error occurs in the program and the processing trajectory cannot be generated.
Solution: Step 1: Delete the Autocut software and uninstall the CAD software in the computer, and antivirus the computer.
Step 2: Download and install the new Autocut software and CAD software again.
1.5. Open the software, the display is in the "emergency stop" state.
Solution: Select the high-frequency type according to the type of control card. (Emergency stop may occur if the selection is wrong)
2 mechanical problems:
2.1 Mechanical broken wire
Solution: Check the guide wire nozzle, check the conductive alloy block, and check the guide wheel.
2.2 There is abnormal sound after the molybdenum wire drum is opened.
Solution: Open the small cover at the connection between the molybdenum wire drum motor power line and the bed sheet metal (remove four screws)
Turn on the molybdenum wire drum motor, first clean the wire feeding screw and screw nut with mold cleaning agent, and then clean the screw
Add lubricating oil to the screw nut to make it fully lubricated.
2.3 Z-axis lifting stuck
Solution: Open the top sheet metal panel, use mold cleaner or rust loosener to clean the contact surface of the guide rail, and finally add lubricating oil. Pay attention to cleaning and wiping the guide rail more often, keep it clean, and lift it more often to avoid jamming caused by not moving for a long time.
2.4 The X/Y axis shakes tightly or there is sound
Solution: Open the protective skin of the screw rod, use mold cleaning agent to clean the screw rod and screw nut, and add lubricating oil to make it fully lubricated.
2.5 Abnormal rotation of molybdenum wire drum
Solution: Use a mold cleaner to clean both sides of the molybdenum wire cylinder (where it contacts the cast iron seat). Check for broken wires stuck inside
3 electrical problems:
3.1 The computer cannot be turned on
Solution: Open the door of the electric cabinet to see if the air switch has jumped off, and then check if the computer power supply fan is running; if there is an electric fan running, first check the switching power supply, and then check the hard disk, memory and motherboard separately .
3.2 No high-frequency spark
Solution: first check whether there is a lightning mark in the lower left corner of the small LCD screen, first check whether the high-frequency line connector is loose, and then check whether the alloy conduction point is connected, and whether the workbench and the workpiece are connected.
3.3 When cutting, stop the wire drum and stop the water
Solution: Check the broken wire near the side of the molybdenum wire cylinder, check whether the copper skin in contact with the alloy is connected to the connection wire behind the copper skin normally.
3.4 Small LCD screen displays emergency stop protection alarm
Solution: Check whether the emergency stop switch on the machine bed is pressed down; check whether the bottom switch of the travel switch is pressed down.
3.5 There is no power on the machine bed
Solution: Is the emergency stop switch on the electric cabinet pulled out? Is the green start button clicked?
3.6 Lost steps during empty walk
Solution: Reduce the idling speed to 200 and check if there is any step loss. If there is no step loss, the motor needs to be replaced. If steps are lost, check the step by step in the manual function. If steps are lost, check the stepping motor circuit or replace the stepping board.
3.7 The water pump motor does not rotate
Solution: Check whether the air switch in the electric gui has jumped out. Whether the water pump contactor wire is loose. Is there a short circuit between the water pump connection line and the plug at the machine tool?
